Transcript

I am Monica Blignaut.
Last year June i had paid fees for my transcript of nursing.
The agency never received it.
This year i requested transcript, I was requested to provide proof of payment.
I submitted this send was told my agency will receive it in 6 weeks.
6 weeks passed and i reminded ms Seeke that i did not receive it.
I was informed i would receive it after 6 weeks.
I then sent an email informing ms Veronica Mthethwa & registra.
An email was sent to ms Nthabiseng to inform her that she needs to attend to my request.
The time period is now about a year and still the agency have not receive my transcript.
