I have been trying for 2 weeks to contact someone to email me my transcript and a official letter stating I've completed my degree and am just awaiting my graduation. I have tried 4 or 5 different emails multiple times and in each email I ask them that if it's the incorrect email address could they please inform me as to the correct address. I desperately need these documents as there are 2 or 3 graduate programmes I would like to apply for which have due dates in the next few days (I only discovered them myself 2 weeks ago). All I have got from Unisa is the automated response of we have received your email blah blah. It is so frustrating that a university with such a (supposedly) good reputation cannot help its students when they really need it!
