Terrible food, Bad service, Ear wax on hairdrye

Decided to spoil a friend to a relaxing Spa weekend and made a booking at the Kedar Country Hotel in Rustenburg. Located close to Sun City you would think you cant go wrong? Upon check-in I was given the paperwork to sign and make payment, I realised that I was overcharged by R1200 for our package which included a number of Spa treatments and was extremely embarrassed in front of my guest as I now had to challenge the staff for the right paperwork. It took us a very long time to check-in and eventually had the matter sorted. Reaching the Spa, we were given the wrong treatments and the lady in charge of the SPA was extremely unhelpful and has a bad attitude. We did not get our hot stone massage as per our booking. The two ladies who performed the treatments were excellent though. The buffet dinner was very poor, and when I saw I am paying a R180 per person for tasteless food, I was furious! Once again highly embarrassed in front of my guest. Could not even rest properly that night as there was a staff party close by and we had to endure hysterical shouting and loud music until 4am!! I spent approx R4000 for a night at Kedar and was EXTREMELY disappointed!! No A la Carte menu at a 4* hotel?
