NOT PAYING FOR UTILITY BILLS AND PMB TREATMENT

After my GP twice motivated and requested that i see a specialist for my PMB condition, it was declined by the medical aid, limiting me to there DSP list with no Specialist to be found in the field of treatment required. Limited me to treatment by the same GP with Doxiciline antibiotics, as only payable treatment for management of the PMB condition. Getting worse, my GP referred me to the specialist whom treated me once first diagnosed with the PMB condition and i could only see her the next day. Landed up in Hospital for 17 days and to discover that i am allergic to Doxiciline. They now reject my Gp's bill (utility bill) as the visit was not the same day as hospitalization. Notified me that treatment will be limited in par of government hospital treatment and only 1 paid visit pa. (at least gov provides medication too). Also rejected all medication for treatment and management of my PMB condition prescribed by a professor in the field, while having to detox from the allergic Doxiciline meds before treatment can continue. In hospital twice declined approval for a MRI brain Scan before finally approving it.
