Complaint about Daily billing account

Good Day,
This letter serves as a complaint in the manner in which my account has been handled by LexMEd offices. On the 12th-14th August 2012, my daughter was admitted in Lenmed hospital. the medical aid paid the bill but due to insufficient funds from the medial aid, I had to pay R500.
On the 25/10/2012, I made a payment of R100 but used the child name and surname as reference. Subsequently, on the 00 and 14th Dec 2012, i paid R200. to my suprise i lodged a complaint with the Rachel Greef who assured me that the interest cost will be reduced.

Subsequently, on the 20 Dec 2012, I received an sms that says I owe R1197.52. i dont understand how did they calculate it. This is just day light as i had an account with them last year and the ref no was ED0003644 which did not acculumalate increasing interest on a daily basis.
