Unsafe and dangerous condition

On 05/06/13 at 19:15 I left the hospital building and walked to the parking area where I left my car. On my way I had a very nasty bang on my head, which send me reeling to the ground. The reason for my nasty fall was a low hanging tree branch right above the paved walkway. I was disgusted and immediately went back and reported the incident to hospital personnel. The next morning I was back at the hospital and noticed that the low hanging branch was not removed. I asked to see the person in charge and was referred to the Matron. She told me that the incident was reported to her and that she must obtain quotations in order to remove the branch. No effort was made to demarcate the area and the branch was ready to maim its next victim.
The person I visited was since released, and I don't know if the branch is still intact, but if management of this hospital are prepared to wait and decide on a quote to resolve a unsafe condition, I take it the the branch is in there.
