On the 09/05/13 i sent in a claim statement to bankmed and on the same day I had phoned in to inquire if they had received my statement. To date my claim has not been processed and I had to continuously follow up on the processing due to the fact that I have been sent notification that the practice number should be added, I then had to phone in on the 29/05/13 and explain to the next consultant that the number is on the claim statement and was told by her that my account was sent again to claims processing and I will be refunded the following week. I again had to phone in today 06/06/13 a month later and find out that it still has not been processed and I will only be refunded a sum of around R220 from a full R450. Nowhere has anybody said to me since I phoned in, "oh sir, do you know you will only be refunded so and so". That money came out of my pocket at my inconvenience because i pay for med aid that does NOTHING and I must still be ripped off a further amount for something that is owed to me. As no one explained to me the numerous times i phoned in about any deduction i would like my FULL reimbursement that is owed to me!!
