So on Tuesday I speak to a phone consultant, provisionally book from the 14th to the 17th of June for my wife and I and 2 kids. She gives me the price[R7114] and lets me know that they have one room left and I must confirm today[Wednesday]. Great, my wife and I get leave approved - I phone today to confirm and pay and alas they have never heard of me!!! Apparently they have not had family rooms available from Monday.
So who does one believe? - as I did not take the consultants name. Thanks for the great disappointment.
So next time you make a provisional booking - tape the conversation, get a unique reference number, consultant id number and blood type. Very pi$$ed...
