Discovery is the Pits

I am so dissapointed by the service that I received from Discovery. I took my child to an ENT specialist due to an emergency at first they said that they will not pay. I lodged a complaint and received a call saying that they will pay the doctor the money owed to him. This was at the beginning of April. I received a call from the doctors assistant saying that they still did not pay them. This is pathetic and I am definitely going to the Ombud for Health Services.
