A shocking display of "professional" service

On Friday, we took our 7 month old baby for an ultrasound. We made an appointment for 12:30 p.m. and arrived early to fill in any paperwork. We were only helped at 2:30 p.m. Almost 2 hours later. We were never told of any major delays, and were not even offered a chance at rescheduling. I then put in a complaint card to which no one has responded to in more than 2 weeks. I then called twice to sort out the matter, left 3 messages and was told the they would call me back later that day... I am still waiting for the phone call. I even stopped by to pick up the ultrasound on CD and enquired again, only to be told they will call me back... At that point I was offerred a great smile and assurance of response... But am still waiting for the followthrough. I then received our bill and they actually charged me the full amount, although the service most definitely did not reflect it. My questions to them are: Why even cater for fixed appointments? And, what type of emergencies were getting prioritized over a 7 month old baby having to wait 2 hours for a gap... that we especially made a booking to avoid?
