Quotation not honoured

Received a quote from aventura warmbaths for a 3 night stay @R1550 per chalet per night. When I called to confirm the deposit amount to be paid they said that the rate was R2150 per night and claimed that they did not send me the quote. They also forwarded me the email they sent me and replaced the attached quote. This is behaviour, for a three night stay, the price increased by R1800 compared to what was originally quoted

Anyone wanting to book at warmbaths should be prepared for unexpected surprises
