Discovery Nightmare!!

Everyone told me Discovery was the best Medical Aid in South Africa!! Really??!!
After joining in Nov 2012, I changed my banking details, michael gave me a fax nr and i send it to him! In dec I received a sms saying they did not get payment. Emailed Michael and eunice (who just keeps on forwarding my emails) he said to email it again he will take care of it! I gave it to him the same day, and did not hear from him again. Jan came, still nothing! After emailing/calling and getting nowhere. I emailed eunice saying to cancel. I received a email last week saying I owed R1219 (FOR NOTHING!!) Payed this anyway! Faxed the proof 3 times, email 2. Yesterday I received a sms saying I STILL owe them something?? I called the 0860 nr, spoke to 9 diff people getting nowhere!!! So finally I just gave up.
How can I just please cancel it and end this nightmare!!!
