Applied for Medical Aid on 1 April to be joined into my partners scheme. Received an email 17th April stating Discovery needed more information (affidavit stating id lived with my partner) We sent that through 8th May 2013 and now they want to charge me for April and May when they medical aid was NOT active!

I have now been told even though they are charging me for April and May in an event of an accident in those two months I wouldn't have been covered - someone tell me how thats right? And how they can charge me for those two months when it WASNT ACTIVE
