Denying me access to my medical records

I was treated at the LCM Emergency Unit on 2 November 2012.
According to my employer, the LCM ER24 furnished them with information and a discharge summary from my medical records - the practice (LCM ER24) is now denying me a copy of the information furnished to my employer.

I emailed the hospital 2 times and made 3 calls between between 12 December 2012 and today.
Below is the exact response I received from the practise
