BAD service and now wrongly billed?

I was rushed to hospital. After the reception said that he could help me (emergency room), because he is going home now... he is changing shifts, I waited how long for a Dr, while I heard them chatting away about their weekend. Nobody use gloves while drawing my blood. Incompetent nurse (not able to get a vein) my arm blue! Nobody could figure out what my problem was... did a lot of tests and wanted to send me for a brain scan!!! But sent me home with prescription for a lot of pills... I AM PREGNANT!! And they could tell me that! Gave me meds, that I shouldn't use. Now they send me a bill for an account that my medical aid already paid... WAKE UP!!! YOU!!!
