Frustrated with repeated requests and no payment

I am extremely annoyed-I have been emailing, calling, emailing and calling almost on a daily basis to try and resolve a claim from February - everytime there is a different story as to why it has not been paid. I am beyond frustrated and annoyed, I have so many reference numbers, I could start a book club-this is ridiculous-we are running around in circles, what is the challenge. Paperwork submitted, several, several times??? Please can someone just sort this out as in yesterday.
