Poorly trained mental health care nurses

The clinic in Johannesburg is just not up to par 1. We didn't have toilet paper in our room for two days and when I ask the nursing station they just shrugged their shoulds. We had to take toilet paper out of the disabled toilet to be able to use our own bath room. 2. More than once the wrong medication was almost given to me 3. Twice I have gone down to the dining room within the specific earrings hours to find no food available, I have had to buy food at the canteen. 4. The temperature in the room is unbearable. We have requested for it to be turned down numerous times and get shrugs from the nursing staff then get told to go to the med counter then we are sent back. Nothing is ever done about it and the nursing staff are horrid. 5. Our room is falling apart. The curtain is broken which means everyone in the road and on the street can see in, but who cares. Not you.
But my main issue is the lack of knowledge the nursing staff have with anything, espicially with mental and emotional problems. Some training could help them maybe actually support us in our recovery instead of treating like, well, .
