Poor service

I have been trying to get discover to add my mom as a dependent on my medical aid, and all I ever get is being sent from pillar to post and the worst thing is that no one calls me back to give me feed back, if something is missing, I'll only find out when I call them, and assessment was done by a doctor as requested by discover of which they said they would pay but didn't, I have given everything back that they need but still I haven't had feedback as too what is happening.
