Missing items from baby bag

Having collected my baby bag, i noticed that although the seal was not broken, just about anybody could easily have access to contents of the bag and removed any item without much difficulty. I also feel that the contents does not value up to R700 as stated by vitality. Previously i received a nuk bottle and nuk dummy which i immediately noticed was missing in my current bag. Which i was really looking forward to receiving as it was a great help with my first born.
I know that vitality is going to give me the response of they cannot guarantee the contents of the bag blah blah blah... What i would then suggest in future is to kindly seal the bags better as nobody knows if items are really going missing and if we the customers are being ripped off by this stupid statement because we cannot x check the items that's suppose to be in the bag.
