Empty Promise

On the 14th May 2013 i called in to the call centre and spoke to Renaldo. i explained to Him that i had just sent a request to change my banking details. I also explained that there was a claim pending but that cliam should not be processed until my banking details changed. he said he will ebsure that this happened i also asked him to make a note on the system that the funds should be paid into my Standard bank acc. i called in today only to find out that the the money was payed into my fnb account. i spoke to Sumaya who tried to assit but she informed that she leaves at 3:15pm so she will only give me feedback tomorrow before close of business. why did she assist if she knew she was leaveing? i needed my queary sorted today has i was promised that my money would be in my Standard bank Acc on friday. this was your employees erroe but i shoul suffer. please get this sorted ASAP i want my money by tomorrow in my Standard back acc
