Excellent service

I was due to go for shoulder manipulation and surgery on hand on 30 April 2013. I decided to be lazy and do the booking online. So I did the application and sent it off. Just to be sure they received it I started an email for confirmation. As I was emailling my booking came through. Now that was service, not even 5 mins had passed.
Booking in on the 30th was speedy and efficient and a very pleasant person. Upon arrival at Ward 4C the reception was excellent. I only stayed the day but it was the best stay in hospital that I have ever had. The nurses that morning went out of their way.
Keep it up WARD 4C. One unit that ARWYP should give an award.
