Bad service and lack of communication

I have used Classique Optical Greenstone for 3 years, last year I had to change my name, as I got married, on their system - this I had to correct 3 times, and they blamed me for the fact that it was incorrect.

I recently had to go again to get my eyes tested, again they couldn't find me on their system due to the fact that I had 2 names. I then ordered glasses on Saturday. I found out due to various circumstances that I could not afford the glasses, so I phoned first thing Monday to cancel, only to have a staff member not know how to deal with my request and then I was told someone would call me back. Tuesday, 13:30, I CALL BACK, I get told that they did try my cell, yet I have no missed calls on my phone; and they tell me they can't cancel the order because they put the order through on Saturday and there's no cancellation time...

I feel completely wronged here, surely I had leeway to cancel on the Monday but no one called me back... now I have to find R3500 to pay for glasses...

I want absolutely nothing to do with this company ever again!!!
