Phone attitiude is pathetic!!!

I received a call from Natalie from Protea Pro Card tryin to sell me some membership! Her manners were extremely poor asking me if im as good looking as i sound and calling me Sweety Pie!!! Furthermore im asked if im single etc??? What kind of an opertion do you people run there!!! I then called back and spoke to Julian who claimed to be the Quality Manager (Highly unlikely) and then received a call from Inoma who basically brushed the complaint aside!!! I manage a lare call center and i am purturbed and the poor quality of your staff!! This paints a very very very bad picture from Protea Hotels who clearly have no interest in the company brand!!! Pathetic!!!
