Need to educate consultants on the help desk

I did phone to confirm if I am covered, and nobody told me anything about the fact that I am only covered under certain codes. Both my kids previously attended Occupational Therapy and i was covered, now all of a sudden things changed, and I the member have to suffer because of bankmed's incompetence, giving incorrect information.
