I am starting to hate this MedXpress. Always filled my scripts using this until the last month when this functionality doesnt ever seem to work. Calling in has no effect either as they cannot access their own system. So after trying for a week to fill my mom's script, Discovery sends it to Clicks in San Ridge. The pharmacist there doesnt understand how to fill the script in terms of the ICD 10 codes (imagine that I have to call Discovery so that they can explain it to this guy), gives me part of the meds and then I have to try to the balance using MedXpress. I end up being short of 30 tablets that my mom needs. Discovery says I must go back to Clicks to resolve this. Discovery causes the problem then makes it my problem to sort it out. This is the 3rd week going. Is there not a single person with a brain at Discovery MedXpress that can sort this out. Now they cant dispense the 30 tablets and Rita says they cannot contact Clicks blah blah blah. Why are you unable to resolve this? Contact Clicks, get a reversal or whatever done, have the claim for 60 resubmitted and let me collect the 30 tablets. Simple. We are away for 2 weeks so kindly sort this out TODAY!!!
