I've been trying to resolve this query since 24/5/2013. My Healthy Food points ceased to register when I asked them to swipe my Discovery Card at Pick 'n Pay, so I do not get the points I'm entitled to, towards improving my Vitality status (and benefits). This worked 100% until 7 months ago, when it suddently stopped working. Despite my numerous calls and emails to Discovery, no-one has as yet sorted this out!
I have dealt with (via phone and email) Lebo (24/5/13), Sam (3/6/13), Carl (3/7/13), Leweng (22/7/13), Mohammed (23/7/13), Lulama (24/7/13), Refiloe (25/7/13), Lulama (29/7/13), Lulama (email 19/8/13) and more whose names I didn't bother to take. I've been asked to visit other shops to scan the card, to find 6-month old till slips, to find out the error message when the card doesn't scan, and more. And STILL NO RESOLUTION. Why bother offering this benefit if it doesn't work and I don't get my points???
