Discovery Health does not care about the needs of their members they only care about their bottom line and SHAREHOLDERS!!! Their SHAREHOLDERS are more important than the MEMBERS!!!
I have just had a back fusion and live alone with no-one to help me with my basic needs but because I do not meet their criteria for funding me with home nursing while I try to recover they have refused to grant me home nursing, even though my plan type supports it and I am on the top possible plan.
It is time for them to stop thinking they can do what they like and look at each person and their needs before making decisions.
