DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENT ALL ABOUT THE MONEY

I contacted Fedhealth we are paying R5080 per month. I asked them if they can assist us we need to go on a hospital plan. They confirmed we cannot down grade. They will rather lose a client then help a client. It's all about the money they don't care about their clients only the money. I am so disgusted in Fedhealth. I also experienced that another person's claim was almost going off my medical aid. They contacted me back explain it was a mistake. Ok a mistake - do I need to check up on them all the time. No that's not my job. Further we need to pay a bit less due to financials and they refuse to put us on a hospital plan. Their excuse is we cannot down grade. I mean if a person seeks help nobody wants to help as long as they receive their money.
