We have joined best med, January 2012 due to financial situation we have missed 2/3 payment close to the end of 2012. In January 2013 we were prepared to make up for that payments just to find out that our medical aid has been cancelled in the same time on my return to work from maternity leave I notice that the work has put me on their medical aid as they required me to be on medical aid.

In April 2013 my husband has rejoin Best Med and made me a depended onto the medical aid.

For the past week and half I have experience pains and discovered a lump and went to me GP and she revered me to a specialist. Which advice me to remove a piece and test it.

I'm disgusted to find that Best Med want a letter from my Gp and a motivation from the specialist to why it should be removed. I specially have the traditional plan to avoid motivations and nonsense like this.
With my pregnancy and authorisation for my child's birth I also had to go through all this nonsense.
I feel firstly its already a trauma to walk with a uncertainty and still in pain
Secondly you pay of a lot of money towards medical, its ur own dam money
Thirdly I have been on Medical aid when coming over and
