Disgusting Delivery and care to my glasses!!!

I went for my annual eye check up at the beginning of the year. It took a phone call and a visit just to get an appointment, after my check up they couldn't get my test through on medical which they had said they could prior to the test. After the shlep of going to the bank and having to draw money it was all sorted. They gave me the option of buying one frame and getting one for free but forgot to say which would be the free frames which looked like they were from a lucky packet. I chose against that offer, this was my second visit. I went to another Optometrist to get more reasonable priced frames and dropped them off with my spare set on my third visit. The glasses took 2-3 weeks. I received an sms saying that my glasses were ready when I got there they didn't have my glasses, fourth visit. She called a few days later saying they were there, went and collected. The lenses they had put in were so strong my eyes were red and felt bruised after wearing, took them back, 5 trip! They changed the lenses, called when they were ready and went to collect. Sixth trip to collect fixed glasses the new frames were bent, spare set they had melted, taken back were snapped! I WILL NEVER GO BACK
