No way to treat pensioners

My parents booked one year in advance to get a certain campsite at Scott burgh caravan park. When they got there after driving five hours they were informed that a later booking took their spot and they had to move. The second booking had not arrived yet. They had to move to a non sea view spot further from everything. My mom had a hip replacement and can not walk far. All their paperwork confirmed that they were in the right but no one would make any effort to help rectify the situation. They were promised help in moving which in the end they had to pay for. It seems as if personnel in the booking office is receiving bribes to move bookings around to suit certain clients. They are both seventy plus and in no physical state to be treated this way. In spite off the problems the manager could not be reached to clear things up. No one wants to start a holiday that way.
