I was employed by Agility from the 08/08/2012 when i started on my first day i signed a contract confirming that the company can deduct the pension from my salary, Today i am suppose to be paid out the money as i have resigned but they are telling me that they wont pay me as the money was never deducted on a monthly basis, i didnt have access to my payslip when i was employed by this company. if anything could have happened to me my kids were not going receive anything from the company. This was never brought to my attention when i was still employed by them. But not now that i want my money they bringing it to my attention. This is!!!
