Eskom Pension And Provident Fund
UNLAWFUL WITHHOLDING OF PENSION MONIES

My husband was employed at Eskom for 21 years, his dismissal was substantively and procedurally unfairly while under psychiatric treatment on sick leave at the time12/1999. A direct result of victimisation re my discoveries of the gross financial mismanagement of our bond by Eskom [bondholder] furthered by the Eskom Finance Company PTY LTD [EFC] to date, I have all documents. EFC now threatens to evict us on our bond not owed to date, for the second time with inhumane suffering and constitutional violations since 12/1999. I have numerous times made application on his behalf to 071013 for his full pension payment with ABSOLUTELY NO SUCCESS TO DATE!! He is, Ernest J Esau and his Eskom unique no is 6051150. EP&PF paid 25% pension to the EFC an amount of R24312.30 on the 01/06/13 EFC bond statement on a bond we do not owe, unilateral with transparency lacking sorely without informing the member. EP&PF GENERAL RULES clearly state and I quote: "Once a member is no longer employed by ESKOM any benefit due must be paid out." Neither ESKOM 09/99 nor EP&PF has paid ANY entitled benefits due to him since 12/1999 while we inhumanely suffer! ESKOM & EP&PF PAY MY HUSBAND WHAT HE WORKED FOR!!!
