Stealing of clinic money by clinic manager (contractors that come for bookings)

I have noticed several times over the years that Mr. Mohlala Evans, the manager at Clinix Foskor, has been collecting cash from contractors such as Jungoni, TDG, and many more. He is using his brother, Billy Sebola, who he hired as a cleaner but who is also assisting as an admin clerk, to collect cash from contractors and hand it over to Mohlala.

Mohlala is also conducting medical exams somewhere in town during working hours, using clinic resources such as glucose sticks and BP machines. He also uses some of the staff members to assist him with his private job during working hours, claiming it as overtime. Early this year, he was caught drunk by a security guard, and nothing happened as a result.

Every Monday, he either works for two hours and then leaves, with Billy Sebola clocking out for him. Sometimes he reports that he is stuck in traffic and doesn't come to work until the following day, but when checking the chronos, he is marked as being on duty until 16:00 (clocked in by Billy). During the weekend, he comes in the morning for 30 minutes, clocks in on the chronos, and leaves the clinic. Then, around 15:00, he will call and ask whoever is on duty to clock out for him.

One of his bad behaviors is harassing nurses in front of Foskor employees. On the issue of stealing or conducting medicals outside the clinic during working hours, he also targets companies that are not clocking in to Foskor but just come for medical exams and work elsewhere, such as Bosveld Mine.

Sometimes, he also does medicals at Kruger National Park using clinic staff, starting from former manager Mr. Makofane, to sign the medical forms on his behalf.

Can you please investigate this matter further? If you are delegated to do so and do not obey his rules, he can set you up and report you to HR so that you leave the company.
