There isn't enough space here, but I am sick of being lied to, given the runaround, and receiving empty promises. They don't get back to me. I have spent a fortune on airtime calling Russell's in Welkom, and they are clueless. I asked for escalation and got a reference number a week later. I'm still calling daily, but to no avail.
