This is now the second time my mattress springs are collapsing on one side. I've been a client for a long time, but it looks like OK is losing their quality. It's not even a year, and for the second time now, I've got to run up and down as I have a back problem. This does not help. I think it's time for a new supplier that cares for their customers. Not even a phone call to check on customer satisfaction. Very disappointed in OK.
