I had two antique chairs to be upholstered. He showed me the material that was an earth red material. He said he is using his own material and the material is R120.00 per meter. He came to my house and first fetch the one chair. I gave him a deposit of R1200.00 in cash. He had no invoice book with him. I gave him the chair on Friday 25 January 2013. He phoned me the next Wednesday very early and wanted the money for the next chair. I paid R1800.00 into a bank account supplied by him. He was going to fetch the other chair that evening. I phoned him numerous times and send sms. He does not answer my sms or phone calls. At last I got him to deliver my first chair on Wednesday 27 February 2013. The colour was wrong but he insisted that was the colour I wanted. I stupidly gave him the other chair. After inspection of my chair I saw the quality of work was very very bad and material was very bad quality. I have send him sms the same day to inform him not to upholster my other chair and bring chair back and money paid for chair. I am waiting a week now. He is just lying to me the whole time.
