Terrible service

We bought a bed from Bradlows, within six months the springs popped out, we contacted Bradlows Customer Care to assist us in upgrading the bed. We did payment for a new bed and they the old one. The new bed hasn't arrived. It is now night 6 that we have been sleeping on the floor.
