Unethical and Unprofessional

Had a couch re-upholstered by Patrick an Ngwato Cane factory. I would not recommend them at all. The material used was torn, staples was visible where he just folded edges in and stapled. On delivery i told him i am not happy with the couch and that i want a refund. He aggreed to this. No refund has been made. When I phone him to discuss the matter he shouts at me. Made numerous promises of payment but never pays. If you don't want to loose money don't use them!!
