Bargain Sofas= Terrible Quality and Service

We have recently purchased an L-shape couch. On delivery the individuals were rough and mishandled the furniture, which arived with a strange smell. The legs have brocken off and the couch is now on bricks after 2 months. On inspection of the legs, they were made with rusty copper that had buckled under the pressure of only 50kgs? We called Kay and the factory numerous times, she said she woulfd fixit - if we drive the couch to the factory, or wait for them to have another delivery to come fix it? Called both Kay and the factory numerous times, they are rude and unhelpful and definitely the worst service I have experienced. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from Bargain Sofas to NOT do so.
