Fake leather couches

I bought leather couches for R34 000.00 in 2015, today the couches look like they were bought 1990. the leather is pealing off and its fake. I called 012 751 4468 and spoke Marzanne and she is very rude and a liar. I submitted my complaints via Hallo Peter and I did not get any response. Marzanne sent me an e-mail aske me what do I clean my couches with? I told her Mr Min... today no one is helping me and Joy Furniture is getting away with selling fake leather couches at a premium price. I lost R34 000.00.

can anyone help me please to get Joy furniture to be accountable for their fake advertisement of leather couches and the fake leather couchess.
