I bought my couches at Furniture city in 2011 with an extended warranty which expires in 2013, Logged a complaint with my sales man Collen in Spring field Durban branch over 3 month ago.
I got robbed by this store, they sold me fake leather and now its pealing of and tearing, its so obvious now that its not leather. I called in several times, but they still have not solved my problem all they did was to give me this Reference number : 186771 and this number is not reparing my couches or anything.
PEOPLE BE CAREFULL OF THIS STORE THEY ARE FAKE...!!!
