EXTREMELY RUDE CASHIER ASA

With regards to the cashier Asa, she is extremely rude, has no people skills, terrible communicationand client liason, one must wait for her to finish a cell phone call or message before she will attend to you. She is a huge problem when she works night shift as she is always asleep and takes about 10min of waiting and trying to wake her up to every single time get sold the shop does not have anything one asks for yet I can see the product in the fridge or on shelf through glass windows but she will argue with a person saying they sold out. If you want to buy airtime or Blu Vouchers ONLY WHEN SHE IS ON NIGHT SHIFT WE GET TOLD THAT THE MACHINE IS OFFLINE! She throws your change down on counter and always mumbles something in her home language before sitting down and covering up with a blanket to sleep further. 8 yrs I have been a customer at Astron FreshStop 87 Victoria Road, Somerset West and spend money there every single day so one doesn't appreciate this type of rude service from a CASHIER and enough is enough... I feel that this is a very serious matter that must be attended to as it can not carry on like this. Its costing FreshStop im sure alot of money as most customers are turned away as she tells them there is no stock of 90% of items one ask for, tarnishing the FreshStop name and im sure even loss of customers... i will further be contacting the Customer Complaints Commission as well as posting a complaint on Hello Peter as this type of service is actually just plain disgusting and extremely frustrating.
