Poor Service and Incorrect Order at Delft Mall

I ordered a triple checker topped half chicken and half meaty with extra pineapple. The cashier made a mistake and immediately informed the staff that he had made an error. However, instead of listening, they were yelling at him about my order, discussing how it was half-and-half with no promotions. I couldn't understand further as they were speaking in Xhosa. They didn't care if I heard because they saw me standing there for more than half an hour.

Later, I went to the counter to ask about my order, only to find out they had never made it. Instead, they made the order they weren't supposed to make. I told the manager about my situation, but she didn't even listen to my complaint completely. She took my slip and asked the staff why my order wasn't made, but there were no apologies or anything.

Eventually, my food came, and the cashier gave me a 1-liter Coke. I had to walk home in the dark as it was almost 9 o'clock already. When I got home, I found I didn't get the extra pineapple that I paid for. On top of that, I only got 3 slices of meaty and 5 slices of chicken with no pineapple. I'm so disgusted with Delft Mall's service delivery and the quality of their food.
