Debonairs Pizza
BAD pizza and BAD customer service

After so many years of eating good Debonairs Pizza, on the 29/07/13 it was actually the very first time I had a bad Debonairs Pizza. We bought a Meaty double stack from Debonairs in Centurion, FNB Building, Hendrik Verwoerd ave and when we got home, we started eating the pizza only to realise that there was no cream sauce between the pizza like it supposed to, the pizza was dry. We went back to tell them about it and all we got was bad attitute from the workers there and they even told us that they did paste the cream sauce and that its because the pizza is baked that is why we couldnt see any cream sauce at all. I have bought the same pizza from Debonairs in Hatfield and Brits and it always came out good. When I ask why they dont do it the same way, they told us that they are not the same company (that Hatfield Debonairs might be a company and they the Centurion Debonairs they are a franchise) really??? but guess was that they dont even know Hatfield to say that Hatfield Debonairs is a company.

Since we actualy wanted pizza that bad yesterday, we drove to Hatfield and bought the same pizza and it tasted so good like always.

I will never buy pizza from Centurion Debonairs
