Parmalat Long Life milk

I bought a six pack 1 litre full cream Parmalat milk from Checkers Hyper on 2023/01/30. When I opened the first carton on the morning of 2023/02/01 it was sour, even the 2nd. Unfortunately I did not have the receipt anymore and it could not be exchanged. It is very disappointing paying so much for an item and not being able to use it. Atleast my dogs could have enjoyed it to my disappointment. Don't know if it was standing in the sun on delivery or even before distribution.
