Parmalat Cheese disgustingly rotten and expired

I bought 54 Slices Parmalat at Checkers Menlyn on Sunday 02/06/2013 and realised that it was disgustingly rotten and too unbearable to even look at. I then complained to checkers as I cannot understand why they still had expired cheese on their shelves. the Checkers Manager then contacted me and said they will compensate me by giving me another 54 slice of cheese and my money back but that's still not enough. regardless of that, the manager insisted that its Parmalat's problem as the cheese expiry date was not reached but yet the cheese had fungi and bacteria all over. I took photos of this and also have proof of all this as it mean Parmalat doesn't produce quality as the expiry date and the state of the cheese where different.
Yet after that ordeal the manager gave me the Pamalat cheese and to my shock the cheese was going to expire in a week or two and that means that I'm expected to eat and finish 54 slices of cheese in a week or two, that's insane. I demand to be compensated as such is nonsense from Parmalat and Checkers, Checkers insists that Parmalat is to blame as they bring old stock to them, if that's the case then it's disgusting to sell something that's about to expire
