Assault

30/04/22 - I visited gateway mall today with NY hubby and mum, we went to McDonalds for a meal, while we where at McDonalds having our meal a customer comes up asking for the chair we was using we told her we was using the chair and cannot give it to her, she brings the MacDonald's manager who than comes there and starts removing our packets and handbags off the chair without asking or telling us anything, the african lady (customer) there after comes from behind and starts to assaults me while I'm having my meal and the manager of MacDonald's does absolutely nothing while the customer is assaulting me another lady comes from behind and starts to assault my mom who was not even in the problem. So MacDonald's does absolutely nothing about this nor does the guards of gateway do anything. She comes up to us and start to verbally abuse us as well and nothing was done
I absolutely disappointed with the service and how this act was carried out therefore I will be taking legal action against gateway mall and the gateway MacDonald's cause this was a racist act and no action was taken, so I do want the footage of the MacDonald's cause legal action will be taken against both
