Eceptionist at samsung refuses to try a call

Called samsung (0115491500) option 3, the agent michelle who answered the switch board gave me attitude cause she left me on hold FOREVER, I called back, when i asked whose her boss, she states she is the boss of her switch board. how does such a big company have peolpe like this working for them. after that when i dailed the switch board she refuses to pick up, obiviously because she sees my number come up. i really think thats unacceptable. Who manages these people are really allowed just to get away with just speaking any how to customers.

i have been trying resolve a query from november last year with samsung and still not sorted, i really would love who are some of the managers cause at times when you deal with some of staff its as if there is no managers
