Waiting for phone for 6 weeks

My mother got a new Samsung S4, and after a long phone call, the phone was extremely hot, so she took it back to Autopage where they only gave her a new cover for the phone, stating that maybe the phone got hot because of the cover she had. 2 Weeks later, the phone got hot again after other phone call, and when returning to Autopage, they took in her phone for repairs, stating that it will take 4 weeks before she can get the phone back. Today it has been 6 weeks and 2 days, and no one in that shop has a clue what is going on with her cellphone situation. After numerous complaints, they promised her the phone for today (11/10/2012), and the phone is still not there and no one can give her a straight answer.
This is not our first complaint about Autopage, they in their customer service area, because I do believe when working in a cellphone shop, one had to be clued up since they are delivering a service to customers. They are sitting with a clients details right in front of them and still asks question not relevant to the situation.
